Our mission is to provide actionable recommendations, not academic recommendations, to help your business sell-in and sell-through more effectively.
We understand that many businesses are hesitant to bring on outside consultants because they believe it will create more work for them and require them to pause their current business practices that may slow down sales – the last thing they want during a period of business headwinds. That’s not the case with RTG. We’re senior executives who are “hands-on and high-touch” and know how to seamlessly integrate into your teams and help you “fix the plane while you’re flying it.”
Two Executives. One Observation.
Back in 2019, we made identical observations as executives in our respective industry organizations - we were both spending more time solving our employer’s problems as opposed to solving our client’s problems. And, the solutions being built to solve our client’s problems were often not strategic, lacked creativity and were poorly sold-in to clients because our organizations were not invested in providing development and training opportunities required to be successful for mid-level employees.
Realizing that we were not properly leveraging our vast experience, utilizing our talents nor being fulfilled or energized anymore, we decided to head out on our own and form The RoundTrip Group – an organization dedicated to solving client’s biggest challenges! The Roundtrip Group is successful when we help marketers better sell to their customers, agencies better sell to their clients and vendors better sell to agencies.
